We have had all these ideas before, or I did anyway, but no one made me art czar. What I did was write about the frustration. This was way before blogging maybe starting in 1999 and before I had a regular job. It could be that Shelley Spector shut her gallery. She ran a wicked little place for street art etc... and even showed me. I always said we need ten more galleries like that. Instead; she shut up shop. We pursued setting up a Philly Art Fair but someone stole the url. I'm not kidding! Shall we try another model. Sure, let's try again.
